TITLE COMPANY MARKETING PARTNERSHIPS

YOU HANDLE THE CLOSINGS.
I’LL HANDLE THE MARKETING.

Your team has closings to coordinate, relationships to build, and approximately zero time to chase down a newsletter. I help independent title companies stay visible, connected, and consistent—with a plan and someone who follows through.

LESS “WE SHOULD.”
MORE “IT’S HANDLED.”

ConnectOS™ is the planning and production system behind your partnership. We map out priorities, make the pieces, and keep things moving—so marketing doesn’t become another full-time job for your team.

A few things
you’re probably wondering.

How do we get started?

Month 1 is for discovery, priorities, brand assets, platform access, reusable layouts, and your publishing setup. We agree on contacts, approvals, deadlines, and market coverage. Ongoing delivery begins in Month 2, tied to receiving the agreed information, access, and approvals. The onboarding month counts toward your six-month initial commitment.

What counts as a marketing piece?

Standard pieces include flyers, sales sheets, postcards, invitations, and simple signs—new or updated. A two-sided flyer counts as one piece, with revisions included while completing it. Graphics for included emails and social posts, email signatures, and The Go-To class calendars and promotions do not use your creative allowance.

How does weekly social content work?

Two ConnectOS content pieces are adapted for both Facebook and Instagram each week. One piece shared to both platforms counts as one piece. Posting continues through five-week months. Good Company and The Go-To add company-specific posts as needed; your contact supplies confirmed details and available photos.

What costs extra?

Printing, postage, shipping, and other vendor charges are additional. Larger projects, such as a substantial booklet, full rebrand, or new website, receive a separate scope.

Do you work outside Colorado?

Yes. I work with independently owned title companies nationwide, from single offices to regional companies. Optional on-site onboarding is available at every level; travel time and expenses are quoted and approved separately before booking.

What is the commitment?

All three levels start with six months, billed monthly, then continue month to month. Either party can give 60 calendar days’ written notice. The end date must satisfy both the initial six-month term and the notice period. Services and payments continue through the agreed end date; a partial final month is prorated.
